The large main floor bathroom is accessible from both the living area and master suite and features a shower/tub combo perfect for bath time. The spacious master suite features a smart TV, dresser, and cozy side chair. A large deck with modern yet comfortable seating finishes off the main floor. *LOWER LEVEL - POOL & HOT TUB* Descend down the stairs to your private oasis! Separated from the upstairs with an auto locking door for safety, the pool room features a state of the art 18' x 14' heated pool - one of the LARGEST indoor pools you will find in a cabin. The pool is heated between 78-82 degrees year round. You will be dazzled by the waterfall feature and LED lights. Plenty of space in the pool for the whole family to enjoy a game of pool basketball. Lounge in an oversized egg chair or relax on a floatie. A lower deck with rocking chairs and hot tub finish out this level. A full size washer and dryer and half bath are also located on this level for your convenience. *UPPER LEVEL - GAME ROOM, KING SUITE, BUNK ROOM w/QUEEN BED* The fun continues upstairs! Play a round of pool while watching the big game on the huge Smart TV. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the 3 arcade games. Last but certainly not least a dedicated kiddie corner for our youngest guests. Little ones will LOVE the Toniebox audio player, books, and plush campfire toy. Speaking of campfires - head out to the top level deck featuring a gas fire table perfect for roasting marshmallows! For sleeping this level features another king suite with private ensuite bathroom, a bunk room with a low twin over twin bunk, standalone queen bed, and ensuite bathroom (also accessible from game room). Lastly, there is a a queen sized sleeper sofa with 3" memory foam mattress topper.

Other Details to Note

Pools require a lot of maintenance and can quickly become unusable if not monitored closely and tested regularly. Therefore, every Tuesday and Friday our pool technician will need to access the cabin through the front door and enter into the pool room. Service only takes about 30-45 minutes and the hot tub will still be usable during that time. The technician will arrive between 930a-1130a and will knock and announce themselves. If no one is at the cabin, they are authorized to enter the cabin to do the maintenance. Roads: The road from the main road to the cabin is paved. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains. We highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost. Weather: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

Guest Access

The cabin is located in the Black Bear Ridge Resort community and is easily accessed from Wears Valley road. Take care at night and in rain or snow as the roads can be slippery and lighting before entering the neighborhood is minimal. Guests will have access to the entire cabin including the private indoor pool. The oversized parking pad is directly in front of the cabin and can easily accommodate 6 cars. Keyless smart lock entry allows easy access day or night. Keypad codes and other check in instructions will be sent to guests the day before arrival.

Rachel was an AMAZING host. We had some difficulty with the fridge not being cold. She had someone at the house to repair it in a matter of hours, and when that didn’t work had a new one delivered a day later. She then gave a partial refund for our inconvenience. The house was great! Just as described! The kids loved the indoor pool, adults loved the hot tub. The views from the decks were phenomenal! Probably the most at home I’ve ever felt in an Airbnb.

This was our first visit to the Smoky Mountains! It was gorgeous. I went with two of my daughters, their spouses, and my 3 grandchildren… ages 3 and 18 month old twins! We had a ball, from the oldest to the youngest. The cabin looks exactly like Rachel’s pictures. Immaculate and fully stocked. The swimming pool was wonderful, we used it everyday during our stay and had a lot of fun. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville all very close, with soooo many options of things to do. The cabin is definitely up the mountain. The first trip up the mountain was at dusk, so the mist was already moving in, and I held my breath the entire way. That being said, we made all other trips up and down in the day light and it was all second nature and relaxing by the time we left. I would HIGHLY recommend this cabin. Guaranteed comfort and good memories to be made.

We have a large family and there was something for everyone to do. There were 2 pack and plays for our baby and toddler along with a high chair and baby gates on the stairs. The pool was clean and was fun for all of us. The decks were secure for younger children also. Everything was as described

home was perfect for our family! all of the children's amenities were one of the many reasons we chose this listing. we didn't need to bring a pack n play, high chair, baby monitor which is HUGE when traveling with 3 kids under 5! the safety features were also fantastic including outlet covers and baby gates! i LOVED having the kids on the third floor furthest away from the pool. even though the pool is securely locked, my momma brain needed even more peace of mind. the vintage games and children's play area were great bonuses as well! the home itself is also the perfect location to pigeon forge, Gatlinburg, and dollywood. doesnt take more than 20-30 minutes to get anywhere. we absolutely love it here! 100% recommend and will be staying again.

This was probably the cleanest air bb we’ve ever stayed in! I cannot thank Rachel enough for having child safety items (baby gates, outlet covers, baby camera & etc) very hard to find places that take that into consideration. We didn’t really need to communicate with Rachel a lot since we had zero problems but she always gave us a heads up when pool maintenance was coming and she’s overall an easy person to communicate with :) we will definitely be back and recommend to others!!

We had a great stay! My kids loved the place and were fully entertained with all the amenities at this cabin; the pool, the arcade room, the kids niche, and all the board games they had. We hardly left the cabin because the kids just refused to leave. One only thing we would’ve preferred is to have the pool a little warmer. It was too cold for both of my kids and especially mom, it took some mental effort to brave in and jump into the pool every time. Also something to consider the floor around the pool gets dangerously slippery when wet and we had a few falls each of us when we had to use the restroom or get out of the pool. Highly suggest a rubber mat to protect tenants. This would’ve been the “cherry on the top”!
